Ceramic guestbook platters and Family Portrait
platters are packed with care. However, the platter is
somewhat fragile and it may break. We have not experienced
too much breakage in the past. If your platter arrives broken,
please let us know immediately. If there is still time, we
will ship another platter free of charge. If we can not fulfill
your order in time, with the exception of rush orders, we
will refund your order in its entirety. Please see our policy
on rush orders below.
Our platters are handmade. Please be advised that small inconsistencies
in the glaze are normal and hard to avoid during this process.
Each item will be carefully inspected before shipping to ensure
a quality product. However, your idea of acceptable and our
idea of acceptable may vary. If you feel your platter is not
acceptable in its appearance with the exception of design
or lettering, please call us to discuss this. In most cases,
we will ask you to return your piece and replace it at no
additional charge. It is against our policy to pay to have
the returned piece shipped back to our studio.
Sign and Return Platters - Sold
before March 7, 2003
If the platter is accidentally broken at your reception, we
will refund you 50% of the total charge.
If the platter arrives back to WeddingShowerGifts.com broken
yet in its original packaging, we will refund you the total
cost. We also refund the total cost if the finished platter
arrives broken. Please contact us immediately if your platter
arrives broken. We will only honor this refund policy up until
the day your platter is scheduled to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the unpredictability
of high temperature firing, we can not be held responsible
for platters that break in the kiln. We will offer a complete
and total refund for any damage caused in our care to your
signed platter.
If you are unhappy with the platter for any other reason
(and you won't be :), we apologize but we can not offer a
refund.
